1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User" or "you") and raya888 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing all access to and use of the website located at https://raya888.cam and any related mobile or web applications, services, content and features provided thereunder.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager or transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.

raya888 is an online entertainment platform designed exclusively for adult Malaysian players. Currency references throughout the Platform and these Terms use Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

2. Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the raya888 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds held under a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value or matched deposit amount credited to a Player's bonus wallet subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required before a Player may withdraw funds or otherwise complete certain account actions.
• "Platform" means the raya888 website, mobile site and any associated applications through which the services described herein are delivered.
• "Services" means collectively the online casino games, sports betting markets, lottery products, live dealer tables and any other entertainment products made available through the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus claim, bet placement, game round or other financial or gaming activity carried out through a Player's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with raya888, you must satisfy and continue to satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria throughout the life of your Account:

1. 3.1 Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. raya888 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification documents will be requested and must be provided before any withdrawal is processed.
2. 3.2 Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Malaysia or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
3. 3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility: You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under any law or regulation applicable to you in your place of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your specific circumstances.
4. 3.4 No Prior Exclusion: You have not been self-excluded from raya888 or placed on any responsible gambling exclusion register that applies to this Platform. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new Account.
5. 3.5 Personal Use: You are registering and using the Account solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the Platform's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you will update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one Account on raya888. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, raya888 reserves the right to close all related accounts, cancel pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances held within those accounts.

4.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. raya888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify raya888 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

4.4 KYC Verification

raya888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable compliance obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: government-issued identity card (Malaysian MyKad), passport, proof of address dated within the past three months, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account restriction.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

raya888 currently supports the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow and FPX. Payment method availability may change subject to maintenance, provider policies or compliance requirements.

5.2 Own-Name Requirement

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using payment accounts, bank accounts or e-wallets registered exclusively in the name of the raya888 Account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Transactions originating from third-party payment sources may be reversed and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, maximum transaction limits and daily or monthly caps are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. For reference, indicative minimums start from RM30; however, current limits displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction shall govern.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory KYC verification, wagering requirement completion where applicable, and internal compliance review. Processing timelines vary by payment method: e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer requests. raya888 does not guarantee processing within a specific timeframe and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, banking systems or public holidays.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that records no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more shall be deemed dormant. raya888 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account Balances. Players will be notified in advance via their registered email address before any fee is applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday rewards and referral incentives offered by raya888 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or round during a bonus, bonus expiry periods and maximum cashout limits derived from bonus funds.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds (or the deposit plus bonus combined, as stated per offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings may be requested. A multiplier of X15 means the bonus value must be turned over fifteen times. For example, a RM100 bonus with X15 wagering requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

raya888 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting promotions through low-risk hedging strategies, or providing false information to qualify for an offer.

6.4 Promotional Changes

raya888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and active in a Player's Account at the time of the change.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, live dealer tables or any other game format where collusion distorts fair outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches or incorrectly displayed odds. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, financial fraud or using the Platform for any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law or international financial crime regulations.
• Conducting arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome using multiple accounts or in combination with promotions.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Account or Account credentials to any third party.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the raya888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, game assets, written content, promotional material and software — is the intellectual property of raya888 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, published or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of raya888.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The raya888 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raya888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raya888 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; any indirect, consequential or incidental losses; losses arising from reliance on Platform content or game outcomes; or any loss attributable to third-party payment provider delays or errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits raya888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

10. Responsible Gambling Obligations

raya888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and must not be treated as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools which Players are encouraged to use:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — notifications alerting you to the duration of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion — a voluntary exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or indefinitely. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the stated period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks — periodic prompts displaying time spent and net wagering during a session.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

raya888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraudulent activity; participation in prohibited activities; or as required by a regulatory, compliance or law enforcement obligation.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, raya888 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance to offset any losses, costs or damages suffered as a result of the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player breach, any verified real-money Balance will be returned through the Player's registered payment method subject to standard KYC completion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the raya888 support team. Account closure requests initiated by Players are processed within a reasonable timeframe and pending withdrawals will be completed to the extent permitted by the Platform's standard withdrawal procedures.

12. Amendments to These Terms

raya888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after any revision takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure under Clause 11.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operates. Players acknowledge that the governing jurisdiction is specified in the Platform's current licensing and operational documentation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and raya888, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the raya888 support team. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the matter shall be referred to the dispute resolution processes available under the Platform's licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's rights under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws where those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
